This alone would be sufficient Honour to the several Authors of the Tracts contained in it: But they must still have a private Satisfaction in knowing, that they are DEDICATION. submitted to the Observation of a Prince, whose Discernment renders him a compleat Judge of the Merits of their Labours; and whose Benevolence, at the same Time, will readily incline Him to think favourably of them. If, besides this, they should chance to furnish any Matter for your learned, or ingenious Entertainment, I beg your ROYAL HIGHNESS to receive it, as one Instance of the grateful Sense conceived of the late Honour done us, and particularly, of the profound Respect, with which I am, Your ROYAL HIGHNESS's Most Devoted, Obedient, and Humble Servant, William Rutty, R.
